RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

Merchandise Return Policy

It is our goal for every guest who orders or receives Texas Roadhouse merchandise to be completely satisfied. If you have a concern after receiving your package, please utilize the Contact Us form within 24-48 hours of receipt.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for:

· Delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information provided at ordering, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control.

· Incorrect ordering of sizes – it is crucial that you read the guidance we provide on every product page for sizing and fitting. Refunds and returns based on sizing issues after receipt will not be accepted. All sales are final.

However, if upon receiving your shipment you have concerns directly related to shipping issues or product quality, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist.
