Payment:
Why does my payment keep being declined?
To securely process payments on our website, we have initiated tight security measures. Some important things to keep in mind:
• When your card is declined, it is most likely due to an issue with the address and zip code verification or with the CVV code on your card.
• It is critical that whatever information you enter at check-out matches what is on file with your credit card company. Even a missing middle initial can initiate a declined payment.
• If you repeatedly try the same card, our system will think this is suspicious activity and will lock your IP address from any payment processing on our site for 24 hours; this includes if you attempt to use a completely different card.
• If you are seeing holds on your card, this is because your bank is waiting for our system to complete a charge; however, if our system has declined you, these holds will be released by your bank provider.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. At this time, we do not accept Texas Roadhouse Gift Cards as a form of payment for merchandise.
Shipping/Cancellations:
Do you ship international?
We currently only ship to addresses within the continental United States and Alaska.
How do I check tracking on my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking information email which you can reference. The shipping carrier is based on the ship-to address provided for your order. If you are still unable to track your order, please reach out to us via the contact form.
When should I order if I want before Christmas?
All packages are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS cannot guarantee delivery dates. All packages are shipped from our East Coast facility, so please keep transit time in mind to final destinations when ordering.
Why is 2-Day and Overnight shipping not available?
We want to extend the best rates to our customers, so please enjoy the discounted flat rate shipping for UPS Ground to your location. There are no expedited shipping options available at this time.
Why is my order is over $100, but I’m not receiving the free shipping option?
Orders must be $100+ prior to taxes being adding to receive the free shippingdiscount.
Why can’t I change my address once the order is placed?
Due to how our orders are fulfilled, we are unable to accommodate any address changes once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you are double checking the ship to address prior to placing your
order.

How do I make a return?
All sales are final. Please be sure to double check all size charts and fitting recommendations before ordering. If you receive your order and something was sent to you in error or have a product quality concern, please email us via the Contact Us form.
I bought my merch from a third party seller and it’s damaged. Will you replace it?
We are aware of third party sellers reselling our products. Our only official site for Texas Roadhouse retail is Texas Roadhouse Shop (shoptxrh.myshopify.com) [shoptxrh.myshopify.com]. We encourage our guests to not purchase from these third party sellers, as we will not be responsible for the product and will not issue replacement for damaged items.
